Support and Funding
Skillway is a small Registered Charity, part of the Warehouse Christian Trust, and is based in Godalming, Surrey. Financial contributions and grants are always needed to cover our normal running costs. If Skillway is to achieve its full potential even greater financial support will be required in order to expand into skills not yet covered.
Skillway currently receives some financial support from the European Social Fund but also needs additional finance support from non-government organisations, trust funds, private individuals and companies.

Volunteer Tutors
Our small class sizes are only possible because of our wonderful unpaid volunteer tutors and we are always looking for more volunteer craftsmen and craftswomen who would like to pass on their skills to the next generation. No formal qualification is necessary - just the enthusiasm, the skill or craft, and the ability to teach these skills to others.
Volunteers are often surprised to discover that they get as much satisfaction out of Skillway as the students!
Replication
We feel Skillway's unique approach to filling a definite gap in the current education system is worthy of replication in other areas of the country. We are prepared to offer all the help and advice we can in setting up such a replication
